Everything we do is person-centred. Our mission is always to create meaningful change in the lives of the people we have the privilege to support.

We are always proud to celebrate the achievements of the people we support—and recently, we’ve had even more reason to celebrate. Across our Dorset and Berkshire regions, several of our outstanding team members have been recognised with awards for the important work they do!

These awards highlight not only the hard work and dedication of our teams, but also the passion they bring to their roles every day. They embody the values that are at the heart of everything we do—bringing innovation, care, and a willingness to go the extra mile. It’s these qualities that help create the space for real, lasting progress and help the people we support to live more independent lives.

Supporting others is never just a job; it’s about building relationships, understanding individual needs, and being creative in finding the best ways to help people achieve their goals. Our team members’ commitment shines through in all of this, and their recognition is a well-earned celebration of their impact.

To every team member who has been recognised—and to all of those working tirelessly behind the scenes—thank you. Your passion and person-centred approach make a real difference in the lives of the people you support, and we’re proud to have you as part of our community!
